Inteligências múltiplas agregativas: um estudo da sua aplicabilidade a potenciais empreendedores

Resumo: A teoria das inteligências múltiplas (IMs) de Howard Gardner aborda uma nova perspectiva contrária a apenas à qualificação de uma inteligência de um indivíduo por meio, exclusivamente, do teste de QI (Quociente de Inteligência). Este trabalho objetivou analisar se há diferenças significativas, mediante as IMs de estudantes do curso de gestão de negócios e inovação, com ênfase em empreendedorismo, do 1º e 6º semestre de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior TecnoLógico, por meio, inicialmente de aplicação de um questionáiuo e posteriormente inclusão dos resultados no software Aggregative Gardner Test. Foi realizada uma pesquisa, de abordagem direta, coletando os dados no local onde ocorre o fenômeno, ou seja, por meio do objeto de pesquisa em campo. A metodologia foi comparativa, pois estudou a realidade por meio da comparação entre duas amostras diferentes. Identificou-se diferenças significativas entre os estudantes do 1º e 6º semestre, no que se refere ao grau de inteligências múltiplas. Também foi verificado correlações entre os Índices de Forças Relativas de Inteligência Agrupadas tradicionais com Liderantes e Artísticas com espirituais. Acredita-se que os resultados encontrados sejam de relevante contribuição para auxílio na educação do empreendedorismo bem como para o aprendizado dele. Procurou-se demandar na literatura a ciência necessária para identificar o conceito de inteligência bem como o das inteligências múltiplas, de Howard Gardner, as quais foram base teórica para a permissão de experiências realizadas na pesquisa e na teoria sobre o ensino do empreendedorismo.
