Revisão sistemática da literatura sobre desempenho organizacional em pequenas empresas e identificação de construtos emergentes

Resumo


O desempenho organizacional e como mensurá-lo tem sido uma temática recorrente e frequentemente discutida, tanto na área acadêmica, quanto nas práticas administrativas. Este estudo teve a finalidade de revisar a literatura referente aos fatores que conduzem pequenas empresas ao desempenho organizacional e identificar construtos emergentes sobre o tema. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, aplicou-se uma metodologia sistemática, na qual foi efetuada uma revisão sistemática da literatura em artigos do ano 2010 a 2019. A bibliografia levantada foi analisada e sintetizada em uma estrutura multidimensional composta de seis fatores determinantes do desempenho organizacional – físicos, humanos, organizacionais, tecnológicos, financeiros e reputacionais. Adicionalmente, fez-se um levantamento dos principais construtos que estão relacionados ao desempenho das organizações. Estes construtos foram: inovação, estratégias, orientação empreendedora, aprendizagem e relacionamento.
