A trajetória teórica da aprendizagem empreendedora e os principais fatores que influenciaram o tema

Resumo


O objetivo deste estudo é entender a trajetória teórica da aprendizagem empreendedora por meio das publicações já realizadas neste campo de pesquisa. Para tanto foram selecionados e analisados 421 artigos com o uso de tecnicas bibliométricas, sendo elas Análise Fatorial Exploratória, Análise das Palavras Chave e por fim, Análise do Pareamento dos dados. Também foram realizadas análises sobre o contexto em que abras foram publicadas, como os principais autores, períodos, revistas e temas. Os resultados apontam para constructos que mobilizam a formação conceitual do tema aprendizagem empreendedora, tais como aprendizagem reflexiva e modelos de aprendizagem. Ainda foram elencandas contribuições importantes para a aprendizagem de competências empreendedoras, como os temas educação empreendedora, orientação empreendedora e políticas associadas. A principal contribuição da pesquisa é a definição de modos de aprendizagem capazes de mobilizar competências empreendedoras fundamentais para a atividade empreendedora. Por fim, este estudo aponta caminhos para o desenvolvimento de novas pesquisas e estudos acerca  da aprendizagem empreendedora.
